Terms of Service and Instructions

It is the responsibility of all Browtique customers to have read these terms and conditions carefully. Browtique assumes that our customers have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions. A successful treatment requires strict adherence to pre- and aftercare instructions.

If you have any of the following conditions you must notify Browtique before treatment

• Skin inflammation, rash.
• Wounded eyes and brows.
• Hepatitis, sexually transmitted diseases and other infectious diseases.
• Diabetes and cardiovascular disease,
• Allergic constitution and scar constitution,
• Abnormal mental state and psychiatric patients,
• Has done LASIK with one one year (eyeliner).
• Pregnant women and women who have given birth within 1 month
• Drug allergy

Before Treatment

Please note that you will be more sensitive during your menstrual cycle.

• Do not exercise the day of the procedure.
• Do not tan or come with a sunburned face
• Do not consume Alcohol or Caffeine on the day of the procedure.
• Do not wear eyelash extension before eyeliner procedure.
• Do not dye and curl hair 30 days prior to hairline procedure.

After Care

It is very important that you follow these instructions carefully for the best result as color absorption is different for individuals. Remember, all procedures must dry heal, peel off naturally and fade to lighter color. This process may take up to 7-10 days,

First 2 Days

No water on treated area for the first 48 hours.

First 7 Days

• During shower, keep your face away from the showerhead
• No water activities, steaming and profusely heavy sweating.
• No cleansers, creams, makeup or any other chemical products.
• No facials, massage and scrub.
• Avoid sleeping on your face.
• Avoid spicy foods.
• Do not pick or scratch treated area,

Color

• Your eyebrows will appear 40 – 90 % darker on the 2nd and 3rd day after the treatment. This is the color of scab formed above the pigment, stay calm and patient.
• The color of the pigment will soften gradually. Do not be alarmed if you see some pigment on the cotton swab as this is excess pigment or bodily fluid that is naturally exiting your skin.
• Once the healing of the skin starts taking place, it will look like dandruff flakes or dry skin.

Healing Time & Maintenance

• Itching and flaking will appear the first 7 days of post SPMU procedures.
• For eyeliner treatment, your eyes might appear swollen the day after treatment, this is caused by tear wetting treated area during sleep, it will be gone after 4 – 24 hours.
• It will take up to 14 to 30 days to for the wounds to completely heal.
• Touch-ups cannot be given until 45 days after the initial procedure.
• Avoid applying foundation, whitening cream and sunscreen on treated area.

Reservations

Advance booking is always required. Browtique reserves the right to require advance payment for a confirmed reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation or rescheduling or a ‘”no show” within 24 hours will incur 100% charge.

Arrival

We recommend that you check in at the reception 10 minutes prior to your schedules appointment. Please understand if you’re late your treatment time will be limited as a courtesy.

Health Conditions

Please advise us at the time of final confirming your reservation if you have any health conditions, allergies, hepatitis, diabetes, cardiovascular disease and any sensitivities, medical conditions or are using any medications that may render you unsuitable for treatments.

Pregnancy

Pregnant women and women who have given birth within 1 month are not recommended for treatment.

Age Requirement

We are only able to serve clients over age 18. New born and infants are not recommended to be in treatment room.

Touch Up

Treatments with complimentary touch up must be taken within 6 months of the initial treatment date.

Color Durability

The durability depends on an individual client’s skin texture and metabolism. On average, semi-permanent eyeliner lasts 3 years, while semi-permanent eyebrow color lasts about 1 year. Please note that the tone may appear to change noticeably after this initial period and may not return fully to its pre-treatment tone for another 2-3 years. The color will fade by 1 -2% each month. The exact post-treatment response depends on individual skin properties. Individuals with oily skin, delicate skin, susceptibility to bleeding, large pores, more obvious lines on the skin or more tear secretion (eyeliner) experience more rapid fading of semi-permanent eyeliner and eyebrow color. As the color density is lower with lighter-colored pigments, individuals who used such pigments should also expect a less durable effect. The semi-permanent make-up will also be less durable in individuals who frequently apply and remove make-up, individuals who swim frequently, and individuals who use whitening products. However, a desirable effect can be maintained by color re-touch within 1-1.5 year.

Color Refreshment

We recommend color refreshment treatment at a special rate for up to 36 months of your initial treatment. Color refreshment appointment is one – time treatment only. After 36 months of initial treatment, all treatments are charged at full rate with 10% discount for re-visit clients.
